  I have worked with LG glass for replacement windows for nearly 30 years but recently was extremely upset and disappointed. after excepting a job and signing a contract over 2 months ago,, having a measurer come out no less than 3 times, I was told that they are cancelling the job by an office worker. I asked but received no excuse, no reason and no return phone call. Needless to say I am very upset and have lost a month and a half getting my job done. I would not use or recommend Los Gatos glass ever again.
