  Teresa is truly a kind, compassionate, and humorous person who happens to be a knowledgeable and passionate Pilates instructor. She strives to build our strength and flexibility and as an added bonus she educates us with some health tips. I always feel energized and stronger after her classes. I can’t live without her classes!

  Teresa’s classes are fun and informative. Lots of modifications are explained to help individual determine their wellness journey. Teresa cares for her clients and it’s shows as she continually works on educating herself in the fitness field and then shares that info in class. There are so subs when Teresa is out of town. I like this because it means the classes are consistent. Online booking means a spot is reserved for you. Awesome.
